History
Maadi Construction Company was established in 2017 as a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Construction in cooperation with major Egyptian contracting entities: Maadi Development and Reconstruction Company, Nasr Housing and Development Company, and Mokhtar Ibrahim Company, with a capital of 250 million Egyptian pounds to work in the field of real estate development.

The company is keen to maintain its credibility derived from the experience and credibility of its founders in the field of real estate development within the Egyptian market, which extends for more than a century, as this entity is backed by a coalition of major companies affiliated with the Holding Company for Construction and affiliated with the Ministry of Public Business Sector.
